Innovative solution Online Archive: E-Stock, IRP Technology and Telos have signed a partnership agreement about joint implementation

According to E-Stock, IRP Technology and Telos , they have signed a trilateral agreement of joint implementation of Online Archive comprehensive solution. The innovative solution meets the needs in remote electronic document archive (electronic storage, data center) with online access and attendant services, such as remote storage of originals and copes at any media.

The solution is based on the following mechanism: a customer has an Internet access to the electronic archive management system that enables to create operational information of electronic documents, work with this information and interact with the electronic storage as electronic document storage location.

Mass conversion workstations are used create original data assets or to convert existing documents to electronic form. Converting of documents in electronic digital form (electronic document) is carried by the Document processing center. Paper documents and physical document media (video, photo, etc) that customers have or that have been created by the Document processing center can be placed in the Storage of originals and copies at any media. Information of location of originals and copies at physical media is represented in the Management system.
