Project goal / customer’s task: OAO Vneshtorgbank’s aim was to open Customer Financial Settlement Center (CFSC) service that would allow a customer to manage its financial assets. This service is new for Russian bank market.
Solution: Existing CFSC were thoroughly studied to select the best CFSC supplier / developer
- Advantages and disadvantages of various methods of CFSC development were singled out
- Functionality of existing systems was analyzed
- Risks of unsuccessful system implementation were analyzed
Results: Due to research results, OAO Vneshtorgbank has specified the aim of CFSC deployment and selected the best product on a well-grounded basis
Comments: CFSC is an automated system of providing services to corporate clients enabling them to carry out centralized online management of department and subsidiary accounts in various banks through electronic communications channels
