The solution is designed to build electronic management system to manage distributed databases and archives by consolidating them in a single knowledge base (mega-archive).

The solution enables automated forming (structure) of a single knowledge base (mega-archive) on the basis of structures of individual distributed bases and archives, its management and use (access rights, search, view and printing capabilities). The solution is a single entry point providing document search by all possible criteria (columns, context, morphology, implicit search). The electronic system has an intellectual engine for sampling documents and generating reports on specified topics.
